So, what IS an fanlisting, you ask. Well,
in the words of
thefanlistings.org,
"A fanlisting is simply
an online listing of fans of a subject, such as
a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created
by an individual and open for fans from around
the world to join" - In this case Marvel's
X-Force!
At the Baltimore Comic-Con on 10th September
2007, Marvel Comics announced that a new
(3rd) series of their 2001 comicbook "X-Force" would be launching in early
2008.
This new series would be "An All New, All
Different" X-Force to those we have known.
Marvel's Series Pitch to the public is as
follows: "There are lines that the X-Men have
sworn
never to cross. But after the shocking events of
“Messiah Complex,” Cyclops realizes that some
enemies need to be dealt with permanently... and
the X-Men can never know about it"
The series, written by Chris Yost and Craig
Kyle, follows (at the moment) the characters of
Wolverine, X-23, Warpath and Wolfsbane, (other
characters may follow in the near future), as
they
secretly assemble (via Cyclops's orders) to take
out those who pose a threat to Mutant-kind.
